Morning Breakfast


Yesterday's breakfast before blending!
1 banana
A handful of spinach
3 three asparagus branches (are they called that?)
Half cup of quinoa
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen Reiner cherries
1 plum
Half cup of water
Half cup of almonds
